In yesterday’s quarter-finals, world No. 80 Andrea lost 8-11, 13-11, 10-12, 11-9, 6-11 to joint third-fourth seed Rowan Reda while Sivasangari went down 9-11, 11-9, 11-6, 6-11, 1-11 to top seed Hania El Hammamy.
